As daughters of the late Marita L Hahn - Heartfields , we'd like to express our sincere condolences on the loss of your loved one. Karen was often in our thoughts and prayers as we knew what she struggled with, for our father also suffered with this bizarre disease. Hopefully one day science will find a cure for PSP. Rest in peace dear Karen.

I am sorry we will not be able to be with you on Sunday but we want you to know that our hearts are with you as you go through this time. One thing that the Lord has been impressing upon me is that we are always living in eternity and that we just pass from this eternity into the next to live eternally with Jesus. We know that Karen is no longer in any pain or suffering of any kind. She has been reunited with her family and her Father, God. What a blessing for her. I pray the peace of Jesus surround you all and carry you forward. With much love, the Geary girls.

Family and friends you have my deepest sympathy. This is a difficult time for most. There are basic things that can help anyone get through the pain no matter what age, gender or religious beliefs. Many have been helped with the twelve basics or just a few. You can go to jw.org and get the basics with no cost ever. See the article “Help for those who grieve “ in the magazine section. Anyone can get help and comfort.
