Dear Bob Bobby, and Liz,
Your Mother was a Beautiful lady. The last I saw her she told me she thought of Teddy and Edith as her Grandchildren. And how much she enjoyed them. I will miss seeing her. My Deepest Sympathy. Jane Lucas

Dear Hummel and Quick families, Kathy was a great childhood friend of mine- our birthdays were the same week, we attended Wilson schools k-12, often rode the same bus, and were in Girl Scouts together. We sat by each other in chorus and music class all through gradeschool. There was always something special about Kathy- she was a true friend. I remember her birthday one year, Santa Lucia Day, we sang and she wore a wreath of lights on her head. I know that today she’s with Jesus, celebrating with all the angels in Heaven, my Mom, and others that have gone on before us. To her family I send love, hugs, and prayers for you all to draw close to our Lord and Savior to comfort you. I will be praying until that time when we all get to Heaven🙂❤️

Dear Bob, Bobbie and Lizzie,

I am out of state as of tomorrow and will not be able to attend any of the services. Kathy was a woman of great faith and strength. I always saw the both of you at SKD church.
I saw her at Mass on Saturday as you wheeled her back from communion. God bless you Bob for getting her there. She truly fought the good fight and is now resting in eternal

My heart hurts right now. My friend, Girls Scout co-leader, church family, both at chapel and SKD, mother of two of my favorite young people is no longer here. But I know she's partying with all the saints in heaven, telling me not to be sad. I love my my dear friend.

Bob, Lizzie, and Bobby...I am so saddened by the unexpected passing of my dear friend, Kathy! She was one of a kind! A kind, caring, loving, funny, bawdy, sincere, and unique woman. She would give anyone the clothes off her back. It was not unusual to hear that Kathy had fed several of the residents some pudding or applesauce in the middle of the night because they were hungry. She always kept my Sara company on FB during the nights she was having trouble sleeping. She was a friend to all she met and the world is a much sadder place today without her here. Find comfort in knowing she is up in Heaven keeping tabs on all the "night shift angels" and that she is no longer suffering on this Earth. Love and prayers to you during this most difficult time! ❤
