Sorry for your loss. Mr. Mehrle was one of the good guys. I have numerous happy memories growing up with his children and memories of my children participating in 4H with his grandchildren. He loved his faith, family, and farming. Our sincere condolences to the family for he will be greatly missed.

We always greeted Mehrle at the Utica Picnic, which he always attended every yr. He was so mobile and got around to see everyone there. He loved people and loved the bands at the picnic. J. R. Ramsburg , always a wonderful greeter, made sure Merle got his famous ham and chicken. May he Rests in Peace !

Mehrle was a wise and thoughtful man with many skills, an inquisitive mind, and a great sense of humor. One always learned something useful from every interaction with Mehrle, who was a great source of advice on matters large and small. Our sincere condolences to the family for the loss of a great and good man.

Junior, the name I grew up knowing you as. The best summers of my young life (early 1960s) were spent on your farm when I visited my grandfather Allan Martz who lived down the road. I recall fishing in your pond, playing in the barn, cutting corn and harvesting hay.

Thank you for being there.

To Mehrle's Family: I have enjoyed so much my friendship with Mehrle through our involvement together in the dairy industry. Thelma and Mehrle attended many National Milk Producer Federation Annual Meetings and Farm Tours. We had many joyous times together on the farm tours and in later years many good visits! I will remember Merhle as a very down-to-earth humble man who had a great understanding of the importance of agriculture and all of God's bounty and gifts. Sincerely, John

Thelma, Virginia, Mary Jane and families,

I am so sad to see this. Mom and Dad were good friends an had many great times with Thelma nd Mehrle.

On a happy note, Whitney is my granddaughters music teacher and I had no idea she was Virginia's daughter and Thelma and Mehrle's granddaughter. Audrey loves Mrs. Blickenstaff.

Sincere Sympathy to all of you. God Bless you all.
