I am so sorry to hear of Mike's passing and my thoughts are with all of his many friends and family members. Prior commitments will not allow me attend Mike's celebration. While I do not remember Mike and I ever worked from the same garage together, I came to know him through the years and have always thought of him as a friend. We could both lose track of time while having conversations about anything and everything. I will truly miss his laugh and great sense of humor.

I met my best friend, Karen, when I was 13 and at 63, she has remained always constant in my heart. As best friends, I spend many nights and weekends at the Watson house. Through those years I came to feel like family and learned to love Mom Handy, Paul (who even had a nickname for me), Mike, Jack, and little Paul. Many weekends Mike and his close friend, Ray, were to there to tease, or otherwise entertain us. The most significant thing to me about Mike was his humor, in particular, the way his eyes would literally twinkle when joking around or even thinking about joking around. Karen also has that unique ability to convey happiness without a word spoken. Mike's kind, humorous and unique spirit will be so very missed by Karen and his entire family and Ray and all his friends. I pray for God's peace and comfort for all and may HIs warm and loving arms encircle each of you in such a way that it can be physically felt.

Mike (Bugsy) Watson was a truly kind spirit. He always had a smile and a corny joke for anyone who would listen, with his older brother John bearing the brunt of them, to the familyโ€™s delight. He will be sorely missed in a world that often forgets how to laugh in fun.

You left me too early. I will always be incomplete without my funny, sweet, and "the tall" brother. Generous to a fault. Loved his Ohio family so very much. Never will you be forgotten-not even a possibility. Be happy and with our other loved ones in peace. Can't even put into words how much you are missed already. Love you forever and more.
