I met Meade through my friendship with Bob McCutcheon. Jr. They were great buddies and routinely stayed in touch throughout Bob's life. Bob & I took Meade to the Jefferson Ruritan Oyster, ham, turkey dinners. Meade, accompanied by a family member, would attend Bob's big birthday lawn parties and would catch up with all the McCutcheons and other old friends. It is comforting to know that most likely they've all had a reunion in Heaven. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

I offer my condolences and sympathy to Meade's family. I had the pleasure of attending TJ High with Susan and working at FCPS with Meade. He was a kind and honorable man. All of you will be in my prayers!

My sincere condolences to Meade’s family. Meade helped me to grow professionally when I was a young administrator in the Central Office of FCPS in the late ‘70s. I appreciated his smile and words of encouragement. May he Rest In Peace as one of God’s kind and gentle servants.

It is with a very sad heart that we say goodbye to Meade. What a dear friend he was to my father. We all enjoyed his visits down at McCutcheons during the later years, telling stories and giving sage advice. Prayers for comfort and peace to all the family.

It is with deep sympathy and respect I send our condolences to the extended family of Meade. He was a dear friend and colleague of mine at the BOE. Meade was also my Sunday school teacher at Calvary, while a teenager. I dearly appreciated his humor and kindness. God bless the family.
