Florence Masterson

Florence Irene Masterson, 90, of Rockville, Maryland, passed from this life on Thursday, April 25, 2019 in Frederick, Maryland. Born on October 6, 1928, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Elwood Grimm and Mary (Rieker) Grimm.
Florence was a sweet Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother, wonderful cook, baker, and she was very accomplished in Chinese watercolor painting.
She is predeceased by her husband of 27 years, Kenneth Masterson. She is survived by sons, John Masterson and his wife Dorene of Adamstown, Maryland; Robert Masterson of Rockville, Maryland; daughter, Nancy Masterson Zombolas and husband John Zombolas of Monrovia, Maryland; two grandchildren, Nicole Zombolas and Allison Zombolas; two great-grandchildren, Madelyn and Austin Spruill; brother John Grimm and sister-in-law Shirley Grimm of Hershey Pennsylvania and family;
Gravesite interment will be held on Tuesday, April 30 at 11:30 a.m. at Mount Tunnel Cemetery, Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania.
