Alice Marie Shriner

Alice Marie Shriner, 78, of Thurmont, Maryland, passed from this life on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at Gettysburg Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Franklin Shriner, who predeceased her in 2016.

Born on December 8, 1946, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Nellie Mae Stoneburner.

Alice was a homemaker for her entire adult life and found great pleasure in staying home and raising her children. Additionally, she enjoyed crocheting, and she worked at McDonald's in Thurmont for several years.

She is survived by three children, Brian Shriner, Tammy Manahan, and Loretta Morris (husband Gregory); 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Alice was predeceased by her daughter, Alisa Moxley; and four grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Shriner will be private and at the convenience of the family.
