Allen O. M. "Tim" Roberts, 86, of Sharpsburg, Maryland, passed from this life on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at his home.
Written by grandson, William Moore:
"Born in Hancock, MD on November 15th, 1938, Allen Roberts, was one of eighteen children. He grew up with the desire to provide and found employment on a dairy farm. He attended Boonsboro High School, during which he was an FFA Member from 1953 until graduation in 1956. After high school he joined the United States Army in which he was stationed in post-war Germany. He took his skills he learned overseas and applied them upon his return to the U.S. In his lifetime he managed to achieve things that few men ever can. He owned and operated Roberts Electric Motors, Inc. from 1978-2021 and was a family man of six children. He took every day on with a smile and a desire to get things done. He will forever be remembered for the way he made others laugh and the impact he left on everyone he met. Allen Roberts was an amazing man who spent his entire life in the service of family and community. He was a son, a brother, a father, an uncle, a cousin, a grandfather, but in all forms, a good man. We will forever miss you Pap, but moreover we will cherish the time and memories we had with you."
