Alma M. {Davey} Wehner

Mrs. Alma M. ( Davey ) Wehner, 102 , of Frederick, died on Monday, December 15th, 2008 at Citizens Care Center, Frederick. She was preceded in death by her husband Alvin J. Wehner in 1978.
Born on August 30th, 1906 in Baltimore, she was a daughter of the late William W. and Ida ( Wheeler ) Davey. Mrs.Wehner was a long time member of St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church. She cherished devoting her life to her family and home.
In her youth she was employed as a seamstress.
Surviving are her daughter Doris T. Brennan and husband John W. of Frederick,three grandchildren, Michael P. Brennan, Kevin F. Brennan and wife Mindy K., John T. Brennan and wife Annette L., six great grandchildren, Kristen N. Carmi, Lauren N. Brennan, Brooke M. Brennan, Ashley M. Brennan, Joseph P. Brennan and Daniel Q. Brennan. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Wellington and Earl Davey and two sisters, Mabel Kuszmaul and Valerie Seibert.
Visitation: Family will receive friends at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown pike, Frederick, on Thursday, December 18th, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 12:00 noon at St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church, 112 East Second St., Frederick, MD 21702. Interment in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Baltimore.
