Alois Meixner
April 2, 1925 — March 2, 2009
Mr. Alois Meixner, 83 of Hustontown, PA died Monday, March 2, 2009 at the Fulton County Medical Center. He was the husband for 59 years of Anna Meixner.
Born in Germany on April 2, 1925, he was a crafted upholsterer having worked for Black's Upholstery and Stitley Upholstery before going into business for himself.
Besides his wife he is survived by three sons; Karl Meixner of Tennessee, James Meixner of McConnellsburg, PA and John Steven Meixner of Hustontown, PA; his daughter, Linda Jones of Waynesboro, PA; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was the last member of his immediate family.
He was preceded in death by a son Horst Meixner and a grandson, John Christopher Meixner.
Services: Grave side services will be held on Friday, March 6th, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Blue Ridge Cemetery with Rev. Lloyd Fuss officiating.
