Ann Signorino

Ann Grace (Barstow) Signorino, 68, of Keedysville, Maryland, passed from this life on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, Maryland.
Ann was born on July 16, 1947, in Norwich, Connecticut. Her husband, Charles "Chas" W. Signorino, preceded her in death on March 27, 2006.
Ann worked as a hairdresser for most of her life, most recently employed at Carousel of Beauty in Middletown, Maryland, and Back to Your Roots in Boonsboro, Maryland. She had also been part of the sales department with Swisher Sweets Tobacco Company.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Boonsboro, and had been a member of the Frederick Church of the Brethren.
Ann is survived by her son, Charles M. Signorino of Keedysville; her daughter, Susan S. Chadwick and husband Peter, of Keedysville; her two granddaughters, Kayla and Kaitlin Chadwick; and her Goddaughter, Meagan Stafford Moser of Cookeville, Tennessee.
A funeral ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 26, 2016, at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike in Boonsboro. Rev. Mark Waldron will officiate. Final resting place ceremonies will follow at the Boonsboro Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2016, at the funeral home.
