April (Roberts) Fithian

April Sue (Roberts) Fithian, 54,  of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed away on August 12, 2021, at her home.

Born on June 15, 1967, in Hagerstown, Maryland she was the daughter of Betty Jane (Dodson) Roberts and the late Roland Roberts. April worked for several years for her family’s automotive business but primarily was a homemaker, staying home to raise her children.

In addition to her mother Betty Jane, she is survived by her two children, Bethany Jane Fithian (Dakota Hamm) and Chase Daniel Fithian (Marissa Seeders); grandchildren, Dalton and Madilyn Hamm and Brayden and Everleigh Fithian; her brother, Brian Monroe Roberts (Jeri Roberts); niece Kara Presley (Brian Presley) and nephew, Blake Roberts (Theresa); and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She will also be missed by her feline companion Bubbles.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Cynthia Elaine Roberts.

The family will receive friends from 1-2pm on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, Maryland. A celebration of life will be held at 2pm.
