Bernice Mary Anna Wagerman

Bernice Mary Anna Wagerman, 75, of Fairfield, PA, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at her home.

Born on December 23, 1949, in Rocky Ridge, MD, she was the daughter of the late Howard Roland, Sr. and Mary Eury (Curfman) Shriner. She was the wife of Lamar Wagerman.

She received her AA degree from Frederick Community College in 2006. She worked for State Farm, Claire Frock, and Otsuka America Pharmaceutical. Bernice enjoyed crochet, reading, and especially spending time with her family.

Surviving in addition to her husband are children Lamar Wagerman II (Jackie) and Michelle Hahn (Brian, Sr.); grandchildren Lamar Wagerman III, Nicholas Wagerman (Kathy), Brian Hahn, Jr, (Lara), Samantha Rivord (Justin), Chelsea Pittinger (Michael), Lindsey Wagerman, Katlyn Marshall (Brandon), and Kylie Robertson; 13 great grandchildren; siblings Shirley Brown, Barb Shriner, Dave Shriner (companion Sherri), Brenda Shriner (companion George), and Howie Shriner (Linda); sister -in-law Carol West (Bob); numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; and close family John Page (Chotsani)

She was predeceased by great grandchild Isabel and siblings Pete Shriner, Rose Shriner, Donald Brown, and Sherry Shriner.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until the start of the service at 2:00 p.m. at Stauffer Funeral Home, 104 East Main St., Thurmont, MD 21788.

Interment will be private.
