Mrs. Billie W. Izenour, 98, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away Friday, December 20, 2013 at Kline Hospice House. She was the wife of the late Maj. Gen. Frank M. Izenour.
Born September 16, 1915 in Roanoke, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Esther Boettcher.
She is survived by her children Janet Quickel of Frederick, JoAnn Thomas and husband Dale of Oregon and Jennifer Ward and husband Paul of Virginia. There are five grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son Frank M. Izenour, Jr.
