Boonsboro

Brian W. Irving, 58, of Boonsboro, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024 at Frederick Health Hospital in Frederick, Maryland.

Born on September 2, 1965, Brian was the son of Ronald L. Irving and Mary O. Christy Irving.

Brian graduated from Smithsburg High School in 1983. After graduation, he began drafting for a mechanical engineer and volunteered for the Leitersburg Haunted House. Brian later combined his love for nature and drawing and began a career in landscaping. Most recently, Brian worked for Power Solutions as a parts courier. In his free time, he enjoyed antiquing, exploring nature, and most of all, spending quality time with his children.

Brian was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald L. Irving and Mary O. Christy Irving.

Brian leaves behind a lasting legacy in his two children, Caysie Rosenberger (Rex, Jr.) and Connor Irving. He was very excited to become a grandfather to a baby boy due in August. He also leaves behind his siblings, Lisa Lunny (Kurt) and Eric Irving (Kathy), as well as several nieces and nephews. Also left to mourn his loss are the many friends and collectors he met through a shared love of antiques/history.

A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at the Rouzerville Community Center (Ruritan Club), 11962 Old Rte 16, Waynesboro, PA 17268.
