Bridget Armstrong

Bridget Armstrong, 49, of Boonsboro, Maryland passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 9, 2026 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown.

Bridget was born on May 3, 1976 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Kathy (Castle) Armstrong and the late George "Buck" Armstrong.

She is a graduate of Boonsboro High School. She was kind hearted and generous always there to lend a helping hand. She was at her happiest when she was helping somebody in need. Bridget loved her family and friends, and was the life of the party. She loved to hang out with friends and family, playing bingo, going to the beach and to Lancaster. She enjoyed taking care of her fur babies, too.

In addition to her mom, Bridget will be missed by her sisters, Debbie Hamilton and her husband, Raymond, and Georgette Reppond and her husband, Billy, all of Hagerstown; and numerous uncles, aunts,. nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday, January 16, 2026 at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike in Boonsboro.

A celebration of Bridget's life journey will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home in Boonsboro. Pastor Jack Payne will officiate. Final resting place ceremonies will be held at Fairview Cemetery in Keedysville.

Memorial donations may be made to Humane Society of Washington County or to the Berkeley County Humane Society.
