Mrs. Carol J. Phelps, 78 of Frederick, MD, died Saturday, November 29, 2008. She was the wife of the late Robert A. Phelps and the daughter of the late Norman S. and Ada C. Bush Infram.
Surviving are three sons Charles A. Hubbard, III wife Teresa, Dennis M. Hubbard wife Leslie and Kevin P. Phelps wife Lisa, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren a brother Norman S. Ingram and a sister Frances Graves.

Services: Memorial services will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. from the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 E. Ridgeville Blvd., Mt. Airy, MD Visitation � hour prior to service. Interment private
