Carol Jane Palmer O'Neill of Frederick, Maryland, passed away suddenly at the age of 76 onWednesday, January 23, 2019.
Born on January 23, 1943, in Key West, FL, she was the daughter of John Palmer and Elizabeth (Tracey) Palmer.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John O'Neill; son, Shane O'Neill and son-in-law, David Shoemaker, Jr..
Carol will be forever remembered by her family: Shawna Shoemaker Wood and husband, Charlie Wood and her children, Ana, Shane and Alysa Shoemaker; her late son, Shane's
children, Erin, Skyler and Mason O'Neill; great grandson and trusty sidekick, Johnny Wells; Scota O'Neill and husband, Paul Johnson and children, Tiegan and Caroline Johnson;
Shannon Happy and husband Michael and children, Louis, Shaun and Amanda; and Brian Lovins. She is survived as well by her uncle, Richard Tracey.
There will be no services, at the request of the deceased.
