C. Delmar Fox

Mr. C. Delmar Fox, 84 of Woodsboro, died Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at the Northampton Manor Health Care Center. He was the husband of the late Jane Elizabeth Cool Fox who died in 1997 and father of the late Douglas Delmar Fox who died in 1982.
Born in Frederick County on June 7, 1922 he was the son of the late Irene and Charles D. Fox. A veteran of the US army serving during WW II, Delmar was the owner and operator of Fox Radio and Television Service for 45 years, retiring in 1985.
Survivors include his three grandsons: Joseph Fox and wife Tina of Thurmont, Timmy Fox and wife Brenda of Middletown and Jonathan Fox and wife Cindy of Waynesboro, PA; three great grandsons, Joseph Fox, Jr., Jacob Fox and Jesse Fox; step great grandchildren, Carrie, Becky, Jason, Sam, and Sara; his brother, Harold Fox of Woodsboro.
Visitation: The family will receive friends on Monday, January 15th, from 6 until 9 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home 104 East Main Street, Thurmont.
Services: Services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 16 at 1:00 PM . Burial will follow in Rocky Ridge Brethren Church Cemetery.
