Chad Fong, 66, of Woodstock, MD passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Howard Co. General Hospital from heart failure. He was the beloved husband of Sandra Walters for 9 years and father of William Fong of San Francisco, CA.
Born September 7, 1950 in Taiwan, he was the son of Fong Ming Chiang of Taiwan and the late Chung Yu Cheng.
In addition to his wife, son and father he is also survived by his sister Ivy Fong and husband Henry Tsui, brother David Fong and wife Mimi of New York.
Chad was a Sci-Fi author and a Broadcast Journalist.
Services and interment will be private. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
