Charlotte "Tots" Jane Arrington

Charlotte“Tots” Jane Arrington, passed away peacefully on Wednesday,  March 15, 2023. Charlotte was surrounded by her loved ones as she went home to be with the Lord.

Born on April 11, 1941 Charlotte was the beloved daughter of the late Charles and Gladys Engle. Charlotte is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Tammie and Kenneth Ord. Granddaughter,  Sherrean and husband Tommy. Grandson, Robert and wife Christy. Great Grandchildren Taylor, Sara, Brayden and Madyson. Wife to Thomas “TC” Arrington. Step Mom to Thomas and Marry Matthews, Thomas Jr. and Sophia Arrington, Maria Arrington Willson, Donna and Kenneth Meade, many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents Charlotte was preceded in death by her twin brother Charles “Buck” Engle, and sisters, Anna Margaret Belt, Dorthy Stanton, Nancy Geiger, Sonja Phillips, Judy Arrington, and Frances Engle.

Services for Charlotte will be held on Monday,  March 20th, 2023 at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. The service will take place in the Mausoleum Chapel at Mt Olivet Cemetery,  515 S Market Street Frederick MD, 21702.

In lieu of flowers Charlotte requested that a donation in her honor be made to a local SPCA of your choice or to St Judes Children Hospital.
