Clyde Cecil Greer

Mr. Clyde Cecil Greer, 79 of Jefferson, MD., died Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at the Glade Valley Nursing Home. He was the husband of the late Mollie Gertrude Hall Greer.
Born February 15, 1928 in Virginia, he was the son of the late Curtis and Grace Welsh Greer.
Mr. Greer owned and operated Greer's Amoco and retired after 30 years. Later he worked at Sam's Club in Frederick over 7 years. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Mr. Greer is survived by three daughters Sherry J. Harding and husband Gary of Kingsport, TN, Kathy J. Becker and husband Jim of Jefferson and Brenda J. Bostelman and husband Roger of Frederick, three grandchildren Lynda Harding, Phillip Becker, Ryan and Haley Bostelman, a brother Warren David Greer of W.VA, three sisters Irene Eldridge of Frederick, Rosa Gerald of Delaware and Joy Rogers of Indiana. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Sunday, March 11, from 4 - 7 p.m.
Services:
Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, March 12, at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Les Sims Officiating.
Entombment Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
