Connie Lou (Holloway) Britner

Connie Lou Britner (Holloway), 84, recently in Frederick, MD, passed away Friday, November 14, 2025. She was born and raised in Hagerstown, MD. She was the daughter of the late George and Nina (Brooks) Holloway. Growing up she (and her brother) were known by many as children of the owners of Holloway's Marine on Summit Avenue in Hagerstown, MD and could often be found helping with customers, boat shows, and spending time at the Potomac Fish & Game Club where they enjoyed many summers as a family. She is survived by her brother Ronald and Teresa (Ridenour) Holloway; their son Joe (Lisa) Holloway, her children Nina Somerville and Preston Britner and 6 grandkids.

A graveside service will be held at 1pm, Monday, November 24, at Rose Hill Cemetery in Hagerstown, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
