Deborah Spruell,  has left a profound impact on the lives she touched. Her journey began in Mississippi on January 14, 1951, where she graced the world with her presence. On February 3, 2024, in Frederick, Maryland, Deborah bid farewell to this world surrounded by memories that will forever be cherished.

Throughout her life, Deborah shared a special bond with her daughter, creating lasting memories at sports games. Their tradition of attending Orioles and Ravens games was a soulful experience filled with joy and excitement. However, it was their pilgrimage to Dallas to witness an NBA legend, Dirk Nowitzki's retirement that truly defined their love for sports. The Dallas Mavericks held a special place in their hearts, solidifying a connection that transcended the boundaries of any game.

An avid antique enthusiast, Deborah and her daughter looked forward in hunting for treasures in downtown Frederick at Emporium Antiques. The thrill of discovering unique pieces resonated deeply with her adventurous spirit. Moreover, the annual tradition of attending Biglerville Applefest in Pennsylvania since 1993 warmed her heart with its vibrant atmosphere and rich traditions.

Apart from her hobbies and interests which included cooking gourmet meals for her loved ones and gardening, Deborah found immense joy in supporting the Arkansas Razorbacks in college sports. Her devotion to Magnolias reflected her appreciation for nature's beauty. Raven, her beloved feline companion, held a special place in her heart alongside her passion for watching culinary delights on the Food Network.

In the embrace of family and friends, Deborah's essence radiated kindness and compassion. She was preceded in death by her parents Edward Wayne Chandler and Mildred Louise Burch Chandler but is survived by those who will forever hold her dear - her only daughter, Jotina Spruell; sister, Barbara Hall and husband, Michael; brother, Kenneth Chandler and wife, Lynda; along with a cherished niece and several nephews.

Deborah's legacy is not only defined by the moments shared but also by the love she exuded effortlessly. Her genuine spirit resonated within every life she touched, leaving behind a tapestry of memories that shall endure through time immemorial. May she rest in eternal peace knowing that she graced this world with unwavering grace and love until the end of her days.
