Mr. Dennis T. Denny Murphy, 51 of Lutz, FL.,formerly of Frederick) died Thursday, April 19, 2007 in Tampa, FL.
Born April 30, 1955 he was the son of Frank T. and Delores J. Delauter Murphy of Frederick.
Denny was a graduate of F.C.C., class of 1975. He was a member of Bush Creek Church of the Brethren, the Elks Lodge and a member of the Florida Cracker Cowboys Band. Among his many passions were music, golfing and photography.
Denny worked as a supervisor at Bush Gardens in Florida for 20 years and most recently with Landscape Lighting Repairs in FL.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his sister, Susan Murphy of Frederick and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Wednesday, April 25 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 PM.
Services: Services will be held at the Stauffer Funeral Home Chapel, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Md., on Thursday, April 26, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Elisabeth Hilke officiating. Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mark Crone, Donald Hay, Rory Munoz, Randy Tucker, Gary Hunt and Reg Nusbaum.
