Ms. Diane (Margaret) Highling Mills, 68, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2013 at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
She was born October 21, 1944 in Washington, D. C.
Diane retired , after 25 years of service, from IBM in the Washington, D.C. area.
She is survived by a daughter Colleen Marrello and three grandchildren Kaitlyn, Brent and Joshua Marrello.
A memorial service will be held at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Saturday, July 13, at 4:00 pm Friends may visit with the family from 3:00 pm until service time.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations to ASPCA.org.
