Dominick J. Losquadro, 58, of Middletown, Maryland, passed away peacefully from a long courageous battle with cholangiocarcinoma on Monday, March 30, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Kelly Losquadro for 34 years.
Born on April 4, 1967, in Mineola, NY, he was the son of the late Victor Losquadro and Anne (D'Agostino) Losquadro.
Dominick was a proud 1985 graduate of Shoreham Wading River High School and furthered his education at Suffolk Community College. His professional career was distinguished by 33 and a half years of loyal service at State Farm Insurance Company. Beyond his career, Dominick’s heart was deeply devoted to his community. Since 1997, he served as a volunteer fireman, a role he embraced at both the Ridge Volunteer Fire Department in New York and the Middletown Volunteer Fire Company. His commitment to protecting and aiding others was one of his proudest accomplishments, reflecting a spirit of selflessness and courage that inspired everyone around him. Dominick’s personal interests were as lively as his spirit. He found joy in dirt bike riding, spending time tanning, working on cars, and was an avid New York Yankees fan. These hobbies brought him much happiness and allowed him to connect with friends and family in moments of leisure and joy.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his four daughters, Emily and her husband Ryan, Abby and her boyfriend Jason, Kimmy and her boyfriend Brendan, and Reagan and her boyfriend Ethan. He was a proud grandfather to Amelia, who brought him immense joy. Dominick also leaves behind his brothers Steven and Daniel and Marc who was like a brother to him. Extended family members Tracy, Bill, and their families all held a special place in his heart.
