Donald V Faulder, 89, of Boonsboro, Maryland, passed away on October 30, 2021 at Doey’s House in Hagerstown.
Born on December 26, 1931 in Mt. Lena, Maryland, he was the son of the late Virgil and Catherine (Warden) Faulder.
Donald was a 1950 graduate of Boonsboro High School. For 44 years he worked at Pangborn Corporation where he was employed as a Machinist. He and his wife Anna Mae were charter members of the Mason-Dixon Travelers Camping Club. For more than 50 years Donald enjoyed camping; he also enjoyed duckpin bowling and fishing.
Donald is survived by his son, Thurston Faulder; granddaughter Sheree Wyand and husband Curtis; great-grandson Calvin Wyand; he is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife of 66 years, Anna Mae Faulder and his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Bonnie F. Opalko.
The family will receive friends beginning at 12:30pm at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, Boonsboro. A celebration of his life will begin at 1pm. Interment will follow in Boonsboro Cemetery. Reverend Mark Curran will officiate.
