Edmund Liu

Edmund Kin Sing Liu, 68, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2020. He was the husband of Edwina Liu. They were married for 39 years.
Born on June 7, 1951, in Honolulu, HI, he was the son of Young Wah and Shuk Kwan Liu. He was a graduate of McKinley High School, the University of Chicago, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He worked as a chemist for Aerojet in California and John Hopkins University in Maryland.
He loved traveling, gardening, and most of all fishing. He went on annual fishing trips to Alaska with his brother, Raymond.
He is survived by his wife, Edwina; daughters, Jennifer and Katherine; mother, Shuk Kwan; and siblings, Gladys and Edward. He is predeceased by his father, Young Wah; and brother, Raymond.
A private service and burial will take place in Hawaii on April 22.
