Elaine Palumbo, 34, of Louisa, Virginia, passed from this life on Monday, September 29, 2025 at University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA.

Born on July 30, 1991, in New Market, Maryland, she was the daughter of Mark Palumbo and Kimberly (Sloan) Palumbo.

Elaine was passionate about creating art and had a gift for writing poems. Elaine always found comfort being surrounded by her animals, but what brought her the most joy in life was her beautiful daughter Lillyann.

She is survived by loving parents, Mark and Kim Palumbo, her daughter Lilly, siblings Jordan, Emily, and Elyse Palumbo, and grandparent Linda Hickman.

She is preceded in death by her husband Michael Harris.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, MD.

A celebration of Elaine's life journey will take place at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the funeral home.
