Mrs. Elizabeth Cungmeng, 68, of Montgomery Village, died on Saturday, January 13, 2007 at Holy Cross Hospital, Silver Spring. She was the wife of the late Aung Min who died in 1995.
Born on April 2, 1938, in Burma she was daughter of Phu Tsi and Shwe Aye. She was a homemaker.
Surviving 5 children, Shwe Khin, Thein Htay, Thein Htut, Thein Htwe and Nun Thluai; 16 grandchildren, 8 brothers and 3 sisters. Mrs. Cungmeng was preceded in death by 3 children, Thein Uk, Thein Myint and Thein Win,
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 19, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Maryland.
Services:
Services will be held on Saturday, January 20, at 2:00 p.m. at the Stauffer Funeral Home Chapel, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Maryland with her brother, Rev. Moses Cung of Gospel Baptist Church, Rockville officiating.
Interment will take place in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick, Maryland.
