Frederick Charles Baxter was born April 12, 1971 in Rockville, MD. He died on August 10,2025 at his home in Keedysville. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Bell Baxter and Claudia Jean Baxter. He is survived by his wife, Heather Baxter, his sons, John, Chase and Daniel, and his stepson Joey Schnur. He is also survived by his brother Tim Baxter.

Fred grew up in Rockville, MD and then moved to Brookville, MD where he attended Sherwood High School. He then worked as a mortgage loan officer for Bank of America. After a while, he decided he wanted to become an electrician. He worked for several electrical companies, including Jaffe Electric, and currently Michael Bonsby, where he served as the manager for the electrical division.

He is remembered as a loyal and honest man who would do anything for his family. He enjoyed spending time on a boat in Benedict, MD, playing pool and going on family vacations. The week before he died, he was able to visit California and see many beautiful parts with his wife. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, brother and friend and will be sorely missed by all.

Services will be held at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home in Boonesboro, located at 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713 on Friday August 22nd at 1pm
