Gary Dwight Clark, 72, of Frederick, Maryland, passed from this life on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at his home in Frederick, MD,

Born on February 9, 1953, in Frederick, MD, he was the son of the late James Avery Clark and Thelma Lucille (Norwood) Clark.

Gary attended St John's Literary Institute and was co-owner of James Avery Clark & Sons Wholesale Produce, Frederick, MD.

He was a member of NRA & Cresap Rifle Club.

Gary is survived by brother, Jeffrey A. Clark, Sr. and wife Barbara of Frederick; sister-in-law, Virginia Clark of Frederick; nephews, James A. Clark IV of Frederick, Jeffrey A. Clark Jr., and wife Alisha of Kapolei, HI, Justin A. Clark of Laurel, MD; niece, Michelle E. Golden and husband Doug of New Market, MD; great nieces, Maddie and Emily Golden; and great-nephew, Jameson Clark.

He was predeceased by his brother, James A. Clark III.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, January 23, 2026 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A., 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, MD.
