Mr. George Carrick, Jr., 64, of Randallstown, MD., died Saturday, September 24, 2011.
He was the husband of the late Joy Aarants Carrick.
Born April 5, 1947 in Washington, D. C., he was the son of the late George Alton and Margaret Vesper Carrick.
Mr. Carrick served his country in the US Army, in the Vietnam War, from 1966 to 1969.
He is survived by his son Keith Carrick of Sarasota, Fl and a sister Linda.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 19, at 10:00 am from the Calvary United Methodist Church, 403 S. Main Street, Mt. Airy, MD.
Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, Maryland
In lieu of flowers, George had requested that donations be made, in his name, to the Carroll County Maryland Humane Society for the care of abandoned cats.
