George William Morgan

George William Morgan, 89, of Jefferson, Maryland, passed from this life on Monday, August 7, 2023, at his home in Jefferson, MD.

Born on February 24, 1934, he was the son of the late Harry Benjamin and Virginia Elizabeth (Bircher) Morgan.

George retired from Eastalco in Adamstown, MD. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on vehicles and fixing things, as well as fishing, race cars, and enjoyed listening to country music.

He is survived by his children, Connie J. Myers and husband Lyman, Robert T Morgan and wife Judy and Kevin L. Morgan and wife Stacey; sister, Dollie Keefer, brother, Charles E Morgan, brother, Dennis A Morgan, and wife Nancy; grandson, Russ Myers, granddaughter, Tiffany Wagner, and granddaughter, Nikki King; great-grandchildren, Victoria Donahoe and G. Morgan Myers, Colin and Jenna Wagner, and Savanah Sier. He will be remembered by numerous other family relatives and friends.  

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Kenneth D. Morgan, Harry "Junior" Morgan, and Eugene Morgan. 

Services and interment will be private.
