Grace Viola Lighter

Grace Viola Lighter, 91, of Thurmont, Maryland, passed from this life on Friday, February 17, 2023 at Frederick Health & Rehab in Frederick, MD.

Born on June 18, 1931, in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late James McIntyre and Lena (Lewis) McIntyre.

Grace was the loving wife of Edward Lighter

She enjoyed collecting bells, stamps and watching old Western's.  She also enjoyed crafting.

She is survived by her daughters, Diana Lake and husband, Richard, Jennie Ramsburg and Judy Henderson.  She is survived by her grandchildren, Rome Ramsburg and wife, Shannon of Frederick, Thomas Ramsburg and wife, Chas of Fayettsville, PA., Misty Lake of Hagerstown, MD., Jarred Henderson and wife, Cristle of Oakland, MD and Jeff Henderson of Thomas, WV and Jillena Hunt of Florida.  She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held privately with the family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
