Harmilee, Jr. Cousin

Harmilee Cousin Jr. (72) of Fairfax, Virginia, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Born on January 20, 1951, in Youngstown, Ohio, he was the beloved son of Harmilee Cousin Sr. and Glenda Rose Cousin.

Mr. Cousin graduated from South High School (Youngstown, OH) in 1969, earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Youngstown State University, and continued on with graduate studies in remote sensing and satellite reconnaissance at the University of Akron. In 1982, he began a distinguished 39-year career with the US Federal Government.

Harmilee loved sharing experiences he had with God and ministering to people's emotional and physical needs. He also had a great love of nature and Sci-Fi.

He is survived by his son, Harmilee Cousin III; daughter, Heather Cousin; sister, Jennifer; brother, Dale Cousin; sister-in-law, Regina Cousin; brother, Kim Cousin; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members. Harmilee was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kathy M. Cousin (Hart), father, Harmilee Cousin Sr.; mother, Glenda Rose Cousin; and sister, Patricia.
