Ingrid Ann Davis

Our beloved Ingrid Ann Davis, 65, of Mount Airy, passed away on October 9, 2025, at her home.

Born on November 18, 1959 in Washington D.C., she was the daughter of the late Boyd Curtis Palmer and Margaret Loraine (Frazier) Palmer. Ingrid was the wife of Harry Mervin Davis, her husband of 38 years.

Ingrid worked in cosmetology and accounting. She loved crafts, sewing and quilting. In her younger years, she and her husband were avid campers.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a sister, Carol Holden and husband Rick; sons David and Brandon Kirk; 8 grandchildren, one great grandchild as well as numerous brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Ingrid was preceded in death by a brother, Lloyd Curtis Palmer.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 7 from 4-8 PM at the Mt. Airy American Legion, 801 Prospect Road, Mt. Airy, MD 21771.
