James M. Musselwhite, born on May 14, 1947, in Frederick, Maryland, passed away on October 1, 2025. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, camaraderie, and service to his country.
James graduated from Walkersville High School in the Class of 1965 and dedicated 20 years of his life to military service, proudly serving in Vietnam and participating in Operation Desert Storm. His commitment to his country exemplified his strong character and unwavering dedication.
Following his military service, James enjoyed a fulfilling career, spending 22 years working at Sheetz, where he made many friends and was admired for his positive demeanor. Known for his ability to connect with anyone, James was a person who never met anybody he couldn't like or get along with. He treasured his relationships and embraced companionship including a deep love for his animals
James is survived by his loving wife, Pat Musselwhite; his son, James Musselwhite, (Shonda); his grand-daughters, Marah Musselwhite and Shares Musselwhite; and his sister, Frances Musselwhite, of South Carolina. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Musselwhite and Evelyn Ross.
