James Ward Jr.

James W. Ward , Jr. age 68 after a brief battle with cancer on September 14 , 2011 . Survived b y
his wife , Meredith ; son , Ryan; daughter, Pamela ; grandchildren , Noah and Lydia ; and sister , Judy Land , all
from the Baltimore - Washington area. Preceded in death by his son , J. Matthew Ward.

At a young age , Jim began pursuing a career in landscaping . After working for other nurseries , he started
his own business , Landscape Development Co. , still in business for forty-three years.

Jim was an avid golfer and adroit collector of old working decoys. He was a member of Holly Hills Golf
Club, Ocean City Golf , and Lisbon Methodist Church . Private Interment will be in Crest Lawn Cemetery.
