Jeffrey Scott Golden Jr.

Jeffrey Scott Golden Jr. "JR", 30, of Jefferson, Maryland, passed from this life on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at Frederick Health Hospital in Frederick, Maryland.

Born on July 10, 1995, in Frederick, MD, he was the son of Jeffrey Scott Golden Sr., and Denise Marie Golden.

JR enjoyed volunteering with the Park Service, watching NASCAR, and monster trucks, as well as going to auctions with his dad to look at all the tractors. He also loved to going to his beach house in Chincoteague Virginia. He was an avid country music listener, his dial was always tuned into 99.9 WFRE.

He is survived by his loving parents, Denise Marie Golden, and Jeffrey Scott Golden Sr., a sister Danielle Golden and fiancé Ryan Shuff, his nephew Lincoln Shuff, his favorite aunt Melissa Golden, and his dog's Ren and Misty. He also is survived by his maternal grandparents Robert and Carol Oliver, as well as his paternal grandparents, Gary and Singy Golden.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in JR's memory to the University of Maryland Division of Transplantation.
