Jennifer Ann Torrico, 58, of Burtonsville, Maryland, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of Cecil and Barbara A. Torrico of Frederick, Maryland.

Jenny was born on October 4, 1965 with a cognitive disability known as Rett Syndrome. She attended the Maryland School for the Blind in Baltimore until she aged out of their program. She attended the ARC of Montgomery County for a number of years, before attending CALMRA INC, an agency that provides services to those with cognitive disabilities. Jennifer was residing at her group home in Burtonsville, Maryland at the time of her passing.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Susan Schwartz and her husband Alan Schwartz, her brother Steven Torrico and his wife Julie Torrico, and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will begin at 2 pm on Monday, April 1, 2024, from the chapel of Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, Maryland.
