Joseph Hamilton

Joseph Lewis Hamilton, 18, passed away unexpectedly on March 26, 2022 at his home.

Born on March 5, 2004 he was the son of Miriam Barnwell. Joseph was a senior at Walkersville High School. From the time he could walk he never wanted his feet on the ground and climbed everything, trees, rocks, or buildings. He enjoyed skate boarding, fishing, being outside, driving around with his friends and art. He loved music and was learning to play guitar and banjo and liked everything from rap to bluegrass.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Simone Barnwell, Katie Hamilton, and Ella Hamilton. Grandparents, Mort and Ginny Barnwell. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 2-3pm at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A., 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Maryland. A celebration of his life will begin at 3pm at the funeral home.
