Judy Anne Gaylor, 75, of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed from this life on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Complete Care At Hagerstown.

Born on November 30, 1947, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Dennis Scott Bequeath and Helen Juanita (Settles) Bequeath.  Also preceded in death by brothers, James D. Bequeath of Hagerstown and Michael S. Bequeath of Martinsburg, PA.

She graduated in 1965 from South Hagerstown High School. After graduation, she took courses at the former Hagerstown Junior College, mostly dealing with computer programs. Judy lived in the (former) West Germany for over two years, residing in Schwetzingen and working at the U.S. Army PX in Heidelberg. She traveled extensively in Western Europe while there.

Judy worked primarily for construction companies as bookkeeper or office manager including Better Homes, Inc. Blake Company, J.B. Ferguson Inc., R.F. Kline, Inc. and Heritage Builders. Her last job was at First Data, she left in 2002 because of her health.

Ms. Gaylor is survived by her only child, Morgan G. Gaylor and his family, wife, Christa L. Gaylor, and sons, Samuel C. and Benedict E. Gaylor, all of Point of Rocks, Maryland; also by her brother, Terry C. Bequeath of Falling Waters, W.VA.;and sister, Penny S. Richardson of Inwood, W.VA.

Burial will be private at the convenience of the family in Rose Hill Cemetery with her parents.
