In the last few years, Kathy renewed her relationship with Jesus by attending Damascus Road Community Church in Mt. Airy, MD.
Kathy was a beacon of love and light to everyone around her. She was a most joyful, loving, sweet, caring, and sometimes goofy person.
She was very active in the lives of her grandchildren and had so many other things she loved like holidays and get-togethers with her family and friends, cooking, reading, taking walks, watching her backyard birds and squirrels, visiting wineries, gardening, attending church, and visiting the beach and pool!
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 26th from 10:30am – 11:30am at the Stauffer Funeral Home at 8 East Ridgeville Blvd, Mt. Airy, MD 21771. Services will be held immediately after at 11:30am at the Funeral Home with Interment following at the Pine Grove Cemetery at 787 S. Main St. Mt. Airy, MD 21771.
Memorial flowers can be sent to Stauffer Funeral Home in Mt. Airy or donations can be made in her honor at Damascus Road Community Church at 12826 Old National Pike, Mt. Airy, MD 21771.
