Kaye Shorrow
March 2, 1934 — February 19, 2016
Mr. Kaye Paul Shorrow, 81, of Hedgesville, WV passed away Friday, February 19, 2016 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Sharon Shorrow.
Born March 2, 1934 in Youngstown, OH he was the son of the late John Daniel and Rhodel Pearce Shorrow.
K. Paul worked for the Naval Department as a Scientific Programmer prior to his retirement. In his spare time he enjoyed camping, reading, baking and cooking, woodworking and taking walks.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his children Melanie Pearcey and husband Ron of Frederick, Robin Hilk and husband Tom of Frederick and Scott Shorrow and wife Kayla of Keymar, Steven Smith and wife Melissa of Martinsburg, WV and Shawn Smith of Martinsburg, WV; 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; two sisters Jocelyn Wetzel and Janet Plakatoris and his mother-in-law Frances Sandusky. K. Paul also leaves behind his four cats Cory Alan, Casy Lee, Crissy Ann and Carmy Lou, whom he loved dearly.
The family would like to thank the entire Hospice team of Berkley Co. for all of their compassion and care that K. Paul received.
The family will receive friends at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1100 N. Maple Ave., Brunswick,MD Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 10-11AM where a memorial service will begin at 11:00AM. Rev. Tim May will officiate.
Interment will be private.
