Kevin Grove lived a life defined by love, loyalty, laughter, and an unwavering willingness to help others. He passed away on June 23, 2026 surrounded by the love he gave so freely throughout his life, leaving behind a legacy that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Kevin was born in Key West, Fl and was the beloved son of the late Jim and Gloria Grove; precious little brother of Jimmy Grove (Janet) and the late Holly Nyberg (Larry).
He was the loving father of his cherished daughter, Jessica Grove, God Bless Atapushi Mitzpah, and treasured stepfather to his devoted sons, Ricky Harrison (Caroline), Brandon Harrison (Larae/Larry), and Marshall Foster (Jen).
Nothing brought Kevin greater joy than being "Gampy." He adored his grandchildren and was so proud of them: Jordyn, Devyn, and Griffin Smith; Lily, Charlotte, and Mia Harrison; Ally, Ava, Ana, and Brandon Harrison Jr.; and Addisyn and Carsyn Foster. Through the years, he was a guiding light and beloved uncle to his nieces and nephews.
Kevin is survived by the love of his life, his soulmate, wife, and best friend of 30 years, Robin. Their love was rare, unwavering, and the foundation of a lifetime of cherished memories. Their love is a love that will endure beyond this life, "Even after the angels close our eyes, Baby."
Kevin was a highly respected business owner in the commercial HVAC mechanical contracting industry. Holding Master HVAC licenses in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia, he earned a reputation as the man who could solve any HVAC problem. His work ethic, knowledge, and integrity were admired by colleagues and customers alike.
Life was meant to be lived, and Kevin embraced every moment. He was an accomplished martial artist, race car driver, skier, hunter, fisherman, master baiter, prankster, limo owner/driver, boat skipper, house builder, legendary bachelor party planner, family chef, Rev Kev, loyal friend, mentor and devoted cat dad. He had a gift for making people laugh, making them feel welcome, and making lifelong friendships wherever he went.
Kevin loved deeply, generously, and passionately. He celebrated the people in his life with his whole heart and gave of himself without hesitation. His strength, kindness, humor, wisdom, and unforgettable spirit touched countless lives.
Kevin was truly one of a kind. Though his absence leaves an immeasurable void, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain forever. He will be deeply missed, endlessly loved, and never, ever forgotten.
