Lena Renee Hoffman

Lena Renee Hoffman, 34, of Salisbury, MD, passed from this life on Sunday, June 15, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on August 6, 1990, she was the daughter of the late Elvis E Harbaugh and Tina L. Harbaugh.

Lena is survived by her life long partner, Phillip Holmes as well as their daughters: Rhyah and Myla Holmes; her sisters, Betty Fitzwater, Alice Johnson and Janet Adams, her brothers, Jason Lamb and David Smith, Sr. as well as 6 nieces and 5 nephews. She is also survived by her extended family: Mary L. Smith, Mary D. Holmes, Phyllis L. Boyd, LinMara A. Smith, Carl B. Leatherbury, Tyrone Leatherbury as well as 3 nieces and 2 nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 26, from 2 to 3 PM at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, where a memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM.
