Ms. Leslee L. Hammett, 64, of Frederick, died Friday, August 30, 2013 at Vindobona Nursing Home.
Born February 24, 1949 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late William L. Hammett and Gloria J. Yeatman Borkowski.
Leslee enjoyed sewing, crafting and genealogy research on her family tree.
She is survived by her daughter, Colleen M. Tibbs of Frederick; her brother, Paul Biscoe Hammett of Hagerstown; her sister, Virginia Ellen Hammett of Hagerstown; and her step-father, John V. Borkowski of Cumberland.
She was predeceased by her longtime boyfriend, Jennings A. Livesay in November of 2000.
A Celebration of Leslee's life will begin at 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A. 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. Officiating will be Deacon Mike Currens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National MS Society, Maryland Chapter, 2219 York Rd., Suite 302, Timonium, MD 21093.
