Linda S. Bell

Linda S. Bell, 70, of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, passed peacefully at home on Thursday, September 4, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on October 28, 1954, in Olney, MD, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Betty Sue (Spears) Booth.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother and sister.

Linda will be missed by her sisters, Libby Macdonald and Wilma Bowles; brother, Dewayne Booth; daughters and sons, Diane Triplett, Julie Tauber, Kelly Shriner, Glen Parker, John Almeida, Jr. and Joey Almeida; grandchildren, Chris Triplett, Jennifer Jones, Michael Stossell, Ryan, Emily and Sophie Shriner and Lucy Almeida; and great-grandchild, Hunter Jones.

She loved spending time with her family, playing bingo and watching scary movies.

A celebration of Linda's life journey will take place at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1100 North Maple Avenue in Brunswick. Rev. Tim May will officiate. The family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Please join the family in celebrating Linda's life.

A reception will be held immediately following the service at the home of Chris Triplett, 153 Chrissy Circle, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425.

She will be deeply missed but forever in the hearts of all who knew her.
